Apple crumble smoothie

Because sometimes eating one as a dessert just isn't enough.

Simply pop your apple, banana and half a pear into your smoothie blender with a few spoonfuls of yogurt (if you're using 150g pot, add half of it to your smoothie and save the rest for on top), some cinnamon, two spoonfuls of chia seeds (This is optional) and a small handful of granola or oats and blend together.
Transfer to a mug and pour the remaining yogurt, or a further few spoonfuls, on top followed by a sprinkling of granola. Please note that the colour of this drink is not the most appetising but I can assure you that the taste is completely the opposite. It's best enjoyed first thing in the morning for breakfast or late evening as a healthy comforting drink.
