Plum and apple nutroast

You may have seen (and tried) the nut roast bites; Well this is the mother of the bunch. She's a nut roast that's fruity and not too filling. She's best served for a Sunday dinner and really comes to life when with a complementary chutney of apple and plum.

To make, simply chop up the nuts, fruit and form breadcrumbs with the bread. Put all the ingredients apart from the seeds into in a mixer and mix until combined. Transfer into a rectangular baking dish and, once smoothed out, sprinkle the seeds on top. Place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes at 180 degrees and then dish up and enjoy :-)
